No Medical Diagnosis or Treatment Guarantee

Pure Neurology, LLC provides professional consulting services, educational courses, and training in Neuro Kinetics, biohacking, and neuromuscular re-education. While our methodologies are backed by research and clinical expertise, we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical care for any condition. Our services, including but not limited to the Advanced Concepts Course and Professional Consulting Packages, are designed for educational and performance enhancement purposes only.

No Warranty or Performance Guarantee

Pure Neurology, LLC does not guarantee specific results from its educational programs or consulting services. While many individuals experience enhanced performance, improved neuromuscular function, and pain relief, outcomes depend on personal effort, adherence to recommendations, and external variables beyond our control.

Application of Information

Any protocols, exercise strategies, or neuromuscular stimulation techniques taught through our programs require individualized application and professional discretion. Clients and practitioners assume full responsibility for implementing techniques and acknowledge that results may vary based on unique physiological, neurological, and biomechanical factors.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required upfront to secure all sessions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your session, your payment will be forfeited. For services with a payment plan, payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 25%.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must be willing participants in their sessions. Services will not be conducted on any person who is unconscious or unable to consent. By agreeing to these terms, you understand and acknowledge that: We are not licensed medical doctors, therapists, or legal advisors. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice and should be used in conjunction with traditional medicine or therapy. Clients are responsible for their own health and wellness decisions and should consult a healthcare professional before engaging in any new wellness or neuromuscular training program.

Professional Responsibility

All clients, practitioners, and course participants acknowledge that the techniques, insights, and recommendations provided by Pure Neurology, LLC are intended to supplement—not replace—medical, physical therapy, or rehabilitation care. Termination of Services

Harassment, bigotry, or hate speech directed toward our staff or others. Concerns about the client’s mental or physical well-being that make the session unsafe or unproductive. Failure to actively participate in the session.

No refunds will be provided in the event of termination under these circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Pure Neurology, LLC to attempt resolution informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter will be settled through mediation in the state of Missouri. Each party is responsible for their own costs. Legal proceedings will only be pursued if mediation fails and will be governed by the laws of Missouri.

Limitation of Liability

Pure Neurology, LLC, its affiliates, instructors, consultants, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our materials, consulting services, or courses. By engaging with our services, clients agree to release Pure Neurology, LLC from any claims related to injuries, financial losses, or adverse effects resulting from our methodologies. By participating in our Advanced Concepts Course or Professional Consulting Packages, you acknowledge and accept the limitations outlined in this Errors and Omissions section. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
